In 2025, the payments will be scheduled monthly, rather than quarterly, which will greatly enhance our cash flow. Instructions have been emailed on how to sign up for e-payments, if you wish. If you now pay by check and want to continue, you will receive a monthly coupon book. If you are currently enrolled in quarterly auto-payments, the transition to monthly payments will be handled for you.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FEE WILL INCREASE TO $175.00 IN JANUARY 2026. You will receive instructions on what to do (if anything) to update your automatice withdrawal.

Your Briar Lake Board members want to maintain as much transparency as possible in all of our work on your behalf. The By-Laws indicate that all board meetings are open, unless they need to be closed (completely or in part) for the consideration of matters that are confidential.
All residents are welcome to attend board meetings, without voice or vote. Anyone having an issue to be considered is asked to submit a request at least five days prior to the meeting.
Generally, the resident would be invited to speak to the issue briefly, early in the agenda. The resident is welcome to remain for the meeting after that; however, if something confidential is to be discussed, the resident will be invited to excuse him- or herself.
