SNOW REMOVAL:
Team Lewis Landscaping is the service we now use also for snow removal. One change in this service is that we pay only for services rendered, rather than a set price regardless of how often they plow. We anticipate this to be more cost-efficient, unless we have more-than-expected snowfall.

Reminders
- The boardwalk is closed for repairs. The Board will advise as the work is done. Work is scheduled to begin soon.
- Kindly do not throw anything in the pond or lakes, including stones.
- Solicititors / solicitation is prohibited, so remind any sales staff who may tell you otherwise.
- As always, strive to be a good neighbor.
Homeowners' Fees -- $125.00 per month
In 2025, the payments will be scheduled monthly, rather than quarterly, which will greatly enhance our cash flow. Instructions have been emailed on how to sign up for e-payments, if you wish. If you now pay by check and want to continue, you will receive a monthly coupon book. If you are currently enrolled in quarterly auto-payments, the transition to monthly payments will be handled for you.
PLEASE KNOW THAT WE WILL EXERCISE GRACE AS WE MAKE THIS TRANSITION.

Repairs to the Spillway and the Sinkhole
The emergency spillway grade was too high, so water was not draining properly, thus stressing the only existing overflow to the pond. The spillway was regraded, adding rip rap, to improve drainage.
The new and improved spillway! Now we need not fear water draining into 8th Avenue.
A sinkhole opened up along 8th. Ave. at the dam breast, due to old, decaying tree roots and improper fill.
Under repair: The old debris was removed and replaced with 10 yards of concrete. This will be paved when the rest of the boardwalk is paved.
