- The boardwalk is closed for repairs. The Board will advise as the work is done. Work is in progress--check out the pictures on the Notices page
- Kindly do not throw anything in the pond or lakes, including stones.
- Solicititors / solicitation is prohibited, so remind any sales staff who may tell you otherwise.
- As always, strive to be a good neighbor.
Homeowners' Fees -- $125.00 per month
In 2025, the payments will be scheduled monthly, rather than quarterly, which will greatly enhance our cash flow. Instructions have been emailed on how to sign up for e-payments, if you wish. If you now pay by check and want to continue, you will receive a monthly coupon book. If you are currently enrolled in quarterly auto-payments, the transition to monthly payments will be handled for you.
PLEASE KNOW THAT WE WILL EXERCISE GRACE AS WE MAKE THIS TRANSITION.
