Any outside changes to your home (Unit) must have an Architectural or Landscape Request submitted to the Board for approval before work can begin.
Submit the Requests with the supporting documents to a member of the Board. Once approved, you may begin your project.
Open Meetings: The minutes of Board meetings upon unanimous approval are sent to all unit owner’s emails. If you know that someone does not have access to emails, they may request a copy of the minutes. These minutes include all discussions and actions taken during the meeting. Therefore, it was felt that an alternative option for “Meet the Board” nights be tried.
Bob Widmark made a motion to have “Meet the Board” nights, once a quarter, beginning September one week before the actual Executive Board Meeting (date to be announced) at 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse. At this time all unit owners may attend to ask, volunteer, respond, and suggest items for consideration. Lynn Welge seconded the motion. The motion was passed unanimously.
